 The Green Industry Hall of Fame is once again making history by airing the induction ceremony on the award winning TV program, Things Green with Nick Federoff. We will honor our inductees of this fascinating industry by inviting the public to witness the ceremony from the comfort of their own homes in a special PBS television broadcast. The taping of this event will kick off the 2025 Spring growing season which will air 9AM, Saturday, March 08, 2025 on PBS|KLCS TV in Southern California to 16-million households with an online LIVE simulcast on Facebook and YouTube. Then, 13-weeks later to the date the show will air again on TV and LIVE on-line.
This year we are honoring and remember those who had worked, invented and changed the Green Industry with their contributions: Lisa Smith – Arborist, Tree Source Robert Stone – Landscape Architect, NUVIS James Huston – James Huston Consulting Nicholas Staddon – Dir. of New Plant Introduction, EVERDE Inge Busconer – Irrigation Association Past President Art Ludwick – Rain Bird Javier Reyes, Villa Park Landscapes Each year Things Green with Nick Federoff kicks off its new season by sharing this spectacular awards ceremony reaching 16 million households on broadcast TV (that's 50% of California's population) to the most affluent audience on all platforms.
